Bernix furniture design produces custom handcrafted products, that means that we are also providing service to make products according to customer’s dimentions.

Customer can provide his own measures for our products and choose some other materials. For such a wish, please contact us on email info@bernix.si and we will provide you a special offer.

Pattern of marble top on every product is slightly different because every marble in nature has unique pattern. We choose the best pieces of marble for our coffee tables what makes each Bernix product unique and outstanding. If the product is available on stock you will recive directly, this product which is on the picture on the site.

Marble is a porous material that requires special care to avoid staining and light scratching. If the marble is lacquared (covered with special protection coverage) that means it is safely protected against aggressive liquids and damaging. But for polished products please ensure that care is taken when serving food or drinks by using coasters and placemats. Items with hot or cold beverages should not be in direct contact with the marble top. Any spilled liquids should be immediately cleaned up. Any acidic or alkaline substance could damage the surface as well. To clean, please use a PH neutral detergent diluted in water or a cleaning product designed specifically for taking care of marble.

Dust the surface once or twice a week with a soft cloth. Wash the marble periodically with a cloth dampened with warm water.

ORDER, DELIVERY AND PAYMENT

We pack our products in protective packages, specially designed to protect our products from damaging during delivery. On every package there are safety simbols for careful transporting with safety indicator.

Our delivery service deliver the products directly to your home. The delivery company will contact you beforehand, so that you can arrange for the time that fits for you.

Cost of delivery is written when you are making an order and is different for different countries depending on zones. Customer covers cost of delivery and customs costs if applicable for the country.

We inform customer when the order is placed for the delivery and provide the tracking number to follow the delivery.

Production time of furniture takes 4-5 weeks or 4-7 weeks in case of lacquering. Delivery takes from 1 to 7 days in all Europe, for other destinations we can inform according to the request, please contact us at info@bernix.si. If the product is available on stock we will ship the product in one week.

In the unlikely event that a product arrives damaged or defective, please make photos of damage and contact us at info@bernix.si within 48 hours from delivery, we will pay for the return of the product to us and send you a replacement. If you decide that you no longer want a replacement, you will be fully refunded for the returned product.

Bernix furniture design takes full payment in advance for orders. Production process of handcrafted furniture starts after receiving the transfer of the purchase price to our TRR acount.

Bernix furniture design is registered as Private Entrepreneur (S.P.) and currently is not taxpayer for VAT, therefore we don’t need to charge VAT on our products.
