The way Bernix furniture design operates online
In Bernix furniture design products are made on orders. Each BERNIX product is handcrafted according to order from customer. We want to provide to every customer unique piece of furniture made by hand with big attention to details and quality. Full production process from order placement takes 4-5 weeks. In case of using lacquering (special protection coverage of marble), production takes 4-7 weeks. We pack our products in protective packages, specially designed to protect our products from damaging during delivery. On every package there are safety simbols for careful transporting with safety indicator.
Certain products are available on stock, for them we inform on site or you can write us the request. For ordering big amounts of products Bernix furniture design can provide discounts, for such cases please contact us at email@example.com.
Receipt of Order Confirmation
You will receive an order confirmation email as soon as you have placed an order. If you do not receive this email please contact firstname.lastname@example.org, so that we may investigate and confirm that your order has been placed successfully.
Bernix furniture design takes full payment in advance for orders.
You can pay for products in the online store www.bernix.si in the following ways:

Payment by pro forma invoice
After successful order of the product, you will receive a confirmation of your order on your email, which will contain all your order information and payment information. You can pay the ordered product via transfer to our TRR acount. Production process starts immediately after receiving the transfer of the purchase price to our TRR acount. The process can help us accelerate by providing us a proof of your payment, which you can sent to our e-mail address email@example.com
Advance payment with PayPal
After the successful completion of the order of the product, the entire amount is transferred to our TRR account via the PayPal system. We accept all credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, PayPal credit. Production process start immediately after receiving the transfer of the purchase price to our TRR acount.
All prices are set in EUR. Bernix furniture design is registered as Private Entrepreneur (S.P.) and currently is not taxpayer for VAT, therefore we don’t need to charge VAT on our products.
We reserve the right to alter prices at any time. Any price changes will be confirmed to you at the time of ordering.

Production time of furniture takes 4-5 weeks or 4-7 weeks in case of lacquering. Delivery takes from 1 to 7 days in all Europe, for other destinations we can inform according to the request, please contact us at email@example.com. If the product is available on stock we will ship the order sooner.
We pack our products in protective packages, specially designed to protect our products from damaging during delivery. On every package there are safety simbols for careful transporting with safety indicator.
We inform costumer when the order is placed for the delivery and provide the tracking number to follow the delivery. There must be someone at least 18 years of age available to receive and sign for the shipment.
Bernix furniture design gives 1 year guarantee for all products. We recommend that you carefully review all received products before use. The conditions for enforcing the guarantee are:
- the product should be assembled in accordance with the instructions for assembling and installing the furniture;
- the product must be used exclusively for its intended purpose and used in accordance with the instructions for product care (instructions are provided together with the invoice and the guarantee certificate);
- the guarantee applies to defects in the quality of the product resulting from the production, sale or transport of products.
Customer loses the right to a guarantee in the following cases:
- if assembly instructions were not followed and if the product was not used for its intended purpose;
- if instructions for product care were not followed;
- if the products have been damaged by the fault of the customer;
- if the furniture is damaged due to force majeure.
Returns & Refunds
In the unlikely event that a product arrives damaged or defective, please make photos of damage and contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours from delivery, we will pay for the return of the product to us and send you a replacement. If you decide that you no longer want a replacement, you will be fully refunded for the returned product.
Customer has the right to return products within 14 days days of delivery provided they are returned in their original, unopened packaging and in a resaleable condition. Shipping charges are non-refundable with the exception of damaged or defective merchandise.
Please note that we cannot accept returns on products damaged through normal wear and tear (including improper assembly). If you need to return a product please contact us first in order to receive a return authorization.
